We took over KlarOK's live platform, audited it down to the query, and are improving it in fixed-price phases.

A Swedish workshop-compliance platform built by other teams since 2019, inherited with 210 database tables, one migration and 870 queries on its busiest page. Reproduced on a laptop, measured on a copy of production, and now being stabilised, sped up and extended while it runs.
