Sealbase turns a quote or proposal into a hosted, branded page, lets the client seal it with a click, and generates the invoice the moment they do. We run a studio too. The proposal is the moment a client decides, and the tools for that moment are a PDF, a signature app and an invoicing tool that have never met.
- PDFs are read on phones, half-scrolled and forgotten, and nobody knows whether the client ever reached page three.
- Accepting means printing, signing and scanning, or paying for a separate e-signature product, so acceptance waits days.
- The quote, the acceptance and the invoice live in three systems, and the numbers drift between them.
- Payment tools take a cut of every invoice, which on studio margins is a real line in the accounts.
- Most proposal tools look like the tool, not like the studio sending them.
One document engine, sealed and paid.
Quotes, proposals and invoices share one engine: customers, live totals with optional add-ons, per-type numbering and one-click conversion, with every document living at a hosted, unindexed page you send instead of an attachment.
Blocks, not blank pages
Proposals are composed in a full-screen drag-and-drop editor from thirty kinds of block, so every proposal is a freeform, on-brand landing page rather than a form, with quotes and invoices exportable as PDF when a client insists.
The design never holds the numbers
The pricing, cover and seal blocks have no price fields at all: they read the live document when they render. Neither a person dragging blocks nor the AI drafting a page can put a stale or invented total in front of a client.
Seal-to-accept
The client seals a quote or proposal on the page itself. The seal is timestamped and logged against the exact scope and total that was on screen, and the status flip is an atomic claim, so two clicks can never produce two acceptances.
Automatic invoicing
The moment a proposal is sealed, its invoice is generated, exactly once, from exactly the agreed scope, with a deposit due on acceptance if the proposal asked for one. Manual conversion is one click when you need it earlier.
Paid straight to you
Bank details on the invoice for EFT, or card payment through Stripe on the sender's own key, encrypted at rest and never shown again. Sealbase never takes a cut of what clients pay.
AI drafting, your brand
Drafting help from the Anthropic API for the words, the sender's colour and logo on every hosted page, and a record of when each document was sent, viewed, sealed and paid.
